Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the location was great, just off Battleship Parkway and very close to the I-10 intersection, giving a real coastal feel. However, the rooms were a major letdown with no hot water, dirty and very worn-out bed linens, old mattress, and even bed bugs. The service also varied greatly, from very friendly and helpful to downright rude, which was quite disappointing.
The hotel offers clean, well-equipped rooms and relatively spacious accommodations. However, the presence of bed bugs was a major downside with multiple bites. The furnishings are dated, the TV reception is poor, and the restaurant service can be lacking at times.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and very nice, featuring a wonderful flat screen television that my teens loved. The service was friendly and efficient, with staff going out of their way to assist us. The location gave a real coastal feel, close to key attractions like USS Alabama and the cruise pier. However, the room availability after check-in could be improved, and the proximity to upscale venues like Chateau Marmont may not suit everyone's budget.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, close to Battleship Parkway and just a few steps from the I-10 intersection, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The rooms, however, were not up to par with french fries on the floor, ants in the bed, and a personal encounter with bed bugs leaving me covered in itchy bites. The service was a mixed bag, with friendly and quick attention at times but also encounters with rude staff who seemed more interested in shady dealings. The dining experience had its highlights, with a good selection of eggs and bacon, but the prices were on the higher side. Overall, a somewhat disappointing stay with room for improvement.
The hotel is conveniently located just off Battleship Parkway, giving a real coastal feel. Rooms were disappointingly dirty and worn out, but the service went above and beyond to help. The dining options were good, but a bit pricey. The facilities were adequate but nothing special.
